The result was a business model that can drive them from a $5MM to $250MM valuation in less than 3 years.
For an underperforming, Private Equity-owned business services company...
Provided interim management support and sales leadership to a privately-owned telecommunications expense management firm in order to improve operating results while identifying a broader range of M&A and exit options. Contributed to restoring profitability within 60 days after 5 previous quarters of losses.
For an Enterprise Security play...
Developed the vision and strategy for a next-generation Enterprise Security company that integrates and manages physical-, logical- and cyber-security demands under a unified service. Converted the strategy to a pitch to the Private Equity community to raise a $50-100MM investment platform to acquire technically-solid but deeply undervalued set of security companies in order to realize the vision.
