Ardentas was formed in 2007 by a cadre of leaders from the worlds of business, government, finance and consulting -- each with a proven track record of accomplishment - who share a purpose and passion around applying their tradecraft to drive value.. 

Similar to some larger advisory and capital management firms in terms of talent, we're different in that our approach is less transactional and all about leadership and execution.

Our DNA is about cutting thru the strategic, operational, technical and financial challenges organizations get bogged down with in order to seize immediate opportunities while driving their growth agenda.

We call this approach our “Know-Do.  “Know” because our team brings an in-depth level of experience and expertise on Day 1.  "Do" because instead of telling clients what they need to do, we roll-up or sleeves and get in there and execute with them.

Ultimately, the combination of similarities to and differences from our competition make us uniquely qualified to help our clients during their most challenging and exciting times.
